There are either some airports or just badly loaded missions that result in this bug after landing. Frustrating to go through it multiple times just to have the same thing happen over and over. I had to reset my career because I thought it was the airport I started at. Ridiculous.

Just skip to shutdown snd youre done. You dont loose any points for skipping taxi
I got this on approach today, after a 3,5 hrs medevac flight.
The entire mission was a bust, because I couldnt contact tower. My landing wasnt registered.

…but it doesnt matter, you get some minus points for landing without premission etc. but you still can finish the mission.

This is one of those missions that requires you to park in a specific spot at the end of it. The acknowledgment of the very last message or anywhere up to that point, even if you barge into the taxiway, is required to generate that parking spot.
Thankfully, after my third restart of the game, the bug fixed itself. I don’t know what changed. I kept everything the same settings and flight-wise.
Even though it fixed itself, it should never break in such a disastrous way.

This also happens in Free Flight annoyingly after longer flights but I get it when taxiing I did a flight from La Guardia to Philadelphia Intl and I got stuck on the say again option its extremely infuriation
I just got this for PS5 and having this exact issue. Is there a known fix?
I’m having the same issue using a PS4 controller via my Samsung TV with Xbox Streaming. Can’t get the ATC prompt for Taxiing and I’m stuck unable to complete the mission. So annoying 
Tried asking again from ATC with no response.
There goes my 2,000 credit. Down to 3,000 from 5,000 now.
I shutdown the aircraft… no change.
