I have tried posting this in other places but no luck yet. I purchased Premium Deluxe several months ago. I was really enjoying the stunning scenery and the fact that i could actually find my house LOL. I was running the sim in the Ultra mode. I was shocked at how smooth it ran. Then a couple of weeks ago It started having start-up issues so i just uninstalled and reinstalled the sim. Now all i get is the basic version and the old exclamation icon in the Microsoft store saying it won’t run on my device. Pretty frustrating since it was running fine at very hi settings. I have logged in and out of everything. I have uninstalled windows and reinstalled windows. I have run all updates. Will Microsoft refund my money if they wont let me run it? Why didnt they evaluate my system when i purchased the sim… Very annoying! It was running fine for several months. I’m sure most people will blame my system which is more than adequate to run it, as it was running perfectly. Any suggestions are appreciated:)
