It’s streams all the scenery so if you’re playing offline it won’t look very good, except where the scenery is custom and stored on the hard drive. (Such as the custom airports included). But yes, you can play it offline.
As far as I know there is no disc though? I own the premium deluxe and it does not have a disc.
