ok… so the application does not crash and you have no black screen or endless loading ( blue bar ).
May be there is an issue while login/account or somewhat is blocked by a firewall, antivirus tool, etc.
Or does your username contains some special chars ?
You have GamePass version ?
All Xbox services are running ?
