Printing Control Bindings?

I would like to print or export a PDF of the default control bindings so I can see as I’m flying what the controls are. Also it could help me create my own profile after I test all functions to see what controls are necessary. Is it possible to print the binding list out?

Also what keys can be combined by hold+press? Just shift and alt?

AFAIK, one cannot print out the controls bindings. There is a wish for this functionality:
