Just started using this, only done 1 flight with it but had a couple questions…

PRO ATC SR gives me a different altimeter reading than the in game ATC or when I press B to set it automatically.

After landing at the airport on the assigned approach I couldn’t get ground to talk to me and give me taxi and gate parking instructions.
Anyone else have this problem or know what might be causing it?
