Hello, I regularly have a problem adjusting the pitch. Suddenly it goes to -80%??? I do not understand why? Thanks for your help
Do you have any pilot assists turned on?
If so turn them off.
Is the autopilot on?

What aircraft? Some planes have fly by wire control schemes (787-10, SC Designs F-16 …) and pitch trim is controlled by the flight control systems rather than be adjusted manually.

Aircraft: Cessna Caravan 208
After several tries, I found the problem. It’s an ergonomic issue. I have a Thrustmaster TWCS throttle and there is a control button on the side. Disabling it or setting it solves my problem. I have a too big hand that moved this button. Sorry to have bothered you for nothing. Thank you
