Hi guys, has anyone else encountered this problem??
Since the last update 1.23.12.0 I’m having problems changing views in the cockpit. I’m using the FBW A32NX. I set up cockpit views on the number pad 0 to 9 and up to now they’ve worked perfectly. Now when I press a number the view flickers as though there’s a conflict there. A very light tap of the key will change the view, but if I hold to key too long it’s like it’s trying to fight between the current view and getting back to the pilot’s default view. I’ve tried re-saving all of the views but that’s made no difference and I’ve re-checked all the number pads keys to see if there’s any conflicting use of the keys but everything appears to be ok.
I can live with it but it’s annoying when things get busy in the cockpit and the view won’t change quick enough.
Any suggestions would great.
Regards, Mike
Moved to #third-party-addon-discussion:aircraft as the FBW A32x is referenced by Topic Author.
This post may be of some help:
Thanks for your suggestions, but the cameras still flicker and seem to get worse the longer that you are in the aircraft.

What sim commands are you using for the views?
I use number pad keys 0 to 9, but as I said earlier, they were working perfectly so I’m guessing either sim update 7 or FBW as the culprit.
Thanks for your help
Mike
What sim commands have you bound the keys to?
Take a look at this post, and see if it may help.
Swapped the 2 columns over and it works perfectly!!!
Still puzzled but happy, thank you so much Sevenflyer for all your assistance

This has been driving me crazy for a while now !
I will have to give this a go
Hadn’t really flown since SU8 and now noticed the same behaviour when calling up views with my numpad. Switched all view bindings from second to first column, and - alas - problem solved. Well, worked around, really…
Restart the sim after the changes. The numpad bindings stopped working completely, after changing from second to first column. But all works fine after the restart ![]()
I too have noticed my custom cam settings not working since last update.
So many updates have messed up settings. Certainly is frustrating.
I had the exact same issue. Even use my Numpad for my custom views just like you. Pressing the custom view button would cycle really fast between the default cockpit view and my custom view.
Swapping the keybind columns in the control settings fixed it. Perfect, thx.
One part of the problem is that the “Load Custom Camera X” commands do not act like other “Load some view” commands … but they are “Toggle Custom Camera X” commands.
I have no idea when this changed but I am pretty sure this was not the case a loooong time ago, when I did test all the view commands in late 2020.
I created a related bug topic for other view commands over here, where that “toggle” nature of “load” is also listed:
