Brief description of the issue: if you put a vfr map to the 2nd screen then the joystick was froozen.
If you close the vfrmap then the stick is working well.
If you switch the vfrmap to the original screen back, also stick is working well.
I reported this problem on 29.09.2020 on the zendesk - was closed with status solved…

For me if I pop out a window I have to come back and “touch” the primary window with my mouse to regain controls?
Note: I use nVsuround so it would be 4th window?

I tend not to pop out Windows to 2nd monitor, use exterior programmes instead. But I always have to click the sim window to get the mouse to work therein. Never actually noticed the controls not working though.

It has to do with the sims “focus” staying with the pop out. You need to click on the main window to restore focus to that window, to make it active again.
It’s been that way since launch.
As far as the Zendesk ticket, the status just means that you’re problem ticket has been logged. Not resolved, just logged. See this Zendesk FAQ for more details, including what the difference statuses mean:
