Problem with ATC

hi, from today during the flight I can see and hear only my voice on the ATC, and nothing from the tower? How is possibile?

This is a bug.
There are quite a few threads in here on the issue.
If you let the ai pilot handle the coms, you will hear his response, and be able to carry out ATC orders.

every day a bug

I try but didn’t recevived no answer from the tower

I always check the volume control on the radio first. The GNS750 seems to always start with the volume down.
After that, check the options/settings. There is one where you can turn off the ATC voices. Those are the usual suspects although I would not rule out other less obvious issues.

where is the volume on the radio on the airbus?

Not sure on that aircraft since I don’t fly it. My experience was only with the GNS750 which is on GA aircraft.

Not true. AI pilot is also a one way conversation. When bitten by this bug the comms from ATC are not heard or seen on the ATC log. You only hear your co-pilot respond. At this time, it is so bad I’m not even going to boot up the sim.

Edit: Sorry, I just re-read your post and realized you did not say you will hear ATC but rather only your AI (co-pilot) response. But still, for me this is unacceptable and not worth the effort to fly.

From the Lateral Thinking department: have you got ATC voices turned on?

of course
this morning was fuction, now i can see and read only my voice and there is the ackwnoldge of the tower

This bug has absolutely nothing to do with settings or volume control. It bites well after you’ve already had a great deal of interaction with ATC. I start cold and dark, sometimes it takes me 30 minutes or more to get a FP loaded and a fully configured aircraft. I get clearance, taxi and takeoff all with no problem at all from ATC. Then at some random point during the flight, anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or more, all of a sudden there’s no incoming ATC instructions, either verbally or in the log. If you have your co-pilot handling ATC comms you will hear his/her response but there is absolutely nothing coming to you direct from ATC be it Tower, Ground, or any other comms between ATC and other planes. It’s a complete clusterf*&k.

If this was the first time you experienced this, consider yourself lucky.
I have had the bug for at least a month or so.

this is the first time that happen for me

Happens to me too time to time. Usually when I set coms on the radio manually it could occure at some point. My guess is that can interfere with the sim’s atc logic somehow and break it. But I could be wrong

No, I set coms from the ATC menu or with the AI, and it happens, so I don’t think doing it manually is the issue.

so there isn’t anyway to fix?

Not until Asobo fixes it.

…thus the reason I mentioned “I would not rule out less obvious issues.” Having been flight simming since the early 80’s. unfortunately, there is never a shortage of “bugs”. I don’t think we will ever get to the point where everything works as it should all of the time. If we did, some marketing genius would say, “Hey let’s change this and see how it works!”
