Problem with flight plans for floatplanes

Tried to create PLNs for the Ju-52 floatplane, obviously starting/landing on water.

First of all you can only start “airborne” - I can life with that, by teleporting down into the waves at the beginning.

Second, many times, but not fully reproducible: if you reload the PLN from disk it has mutated - start/land is suddenly on the other side of the globe (probably related to a last flight there, not sure).

Do I miss something? Workarounds?

Start flight at any position on the ground, cold and dark or ready to go

It would be nice to start flights at places that aren’t in the database, but are part of the ground textures. Currently, you can start a flight at a specific latitude/longitude, but you start in the air. I’d like to be able to start on the ground facing a specific heading, with options for either cold and dark or ready to go.
