Problems when incrasing the simulation rate

Is there any way to increase the simulation rate without making the plane do barrel rolls?

I know this is a simulator but it would be great to be able to do long flights fastforwarding the cruising part.

Hmmmm i am not sure i understand, what barrel rolls??

I fly always with 4x sim rate at cruise alt, only with 8x plane starts Rollercoaster but 4x smooth. Ctrl+

I can go to 10X and roll the Sim Rate back and my
Cessna WTCJ4 returns to normal flight.

I have 64 GB of memory.

Could only go to 3X with 32 GB.

Don’t know about 16 GB.

Note that you will loose the Autopilot at any Sim Rate faster than 3X.
Known problem per ASOBO or WT.

Let me try to explain myself better:

  • I’m mostly using FlyByWire A320, but it also happened with the 787
  • When I select more than x2 (x4 is impossible to achieve for me already) the plane start to roll (like if there were extreme turbulences but, at x1 speed there aren’t any)
  • This rolling starts increasing until the plane loses control and even gets upside down.

For the 787, it can fly stable on x8 simrate at FL360 and below

For the 747, set the CG as far forward as possible before starting the flight. It can fly stable at FL320 below 50% fuel. If unstable, go down to FL300 or reduce fuel.
