Problems with mouse/keyboard in setting up controllers

I had a problem about a week ago when I was unable to get the rudder movement correct on a couple of aircraft that had previously worked fine. I am using a Turtle Beach Velocity One.

After several hours unable to correct the issue I uninstalled MSFS and did a clean install but received error 0x80073d05. After searching I found that running “scannow” from W10 Command prompt might clear this due to file errors and this worked and the install went off OK.

I am now having to setup my controllers again but I am problems with mouse commands. For example, if I try to select an action clicking the mouse it doesn’t work. This is happening whenever I need to click left mouse. I have used two devices a standard wired mouse and a wireless roller ball mouse.

When I am in the Control Option section and I select ALL in the Filter and Expand/Collapse All nothing displays.

As things stand I am unable to setup my controls.

I am running MSFS 1.35.21.0
