Loading the 1.10.8 Update solves all my problems
I CAN NOT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!
Since update # 4, I have had problems with the Marketplace appearing to me in gray, an old problem that happened to many here. After experiencing a storm after update # 5 when I had a lot of CTD problems, yesterday I installed update 1.10.8.0 and Marketpalce went back to work. Just yesterday (10.31.20), I bought the scenario from LOWI-Innsbruck and today (11.01.20) when loading the Sim, the Marketplace problem happened again. I have already followed all the steps indicated by MS and Zendesk but I can’t fix it and I can’t install the scenario I bought and paid for.
It is incomprehensible how a company poses so many difficulties for customers to be able to buy its products and I like to buy all the good scenarios.
MICROSOFT AND ASOBO, I NEED A SOLUTION!

I called Xbox support and after consulting with the advanced area, the attendant told me that everything was fine with my account at both the Microsoft Store and the Xbox and that the problem is with the simulator!
