I keep finding I have to remind myself to keep my phone away from my computer or it interferes with my wireless mouse.
“Why does my mouse keep pausing and getting stuck???”… “Oh, yeah…” 
Just sharing the pain in case anyone was having similar issues.
What? No idea what you’re referring to. My phone is sitting on my desk or plugged in charging by my PC at basically all times. I’ve also used my phone as a webcame occasionally for head-tracking in MSFS before I got TrackIR. If you’re using wireless peripherals that can be interfered with by your phone, I assure you that is not normal and you should replace them.
