I’m trying to buy the London orbx add on, but I just get a ‘purchase failed’ message, with no explanation or link to fix the issue. Anyone have any idea of what’s going wrong ? I have the game pass edition - I assume you can still buy content with that ?

I filed a zendesk report for the same reason. I just ended up buying the ORBX stuff through ORBX direct instead.
If you’re running MSFS 2020 via Steam, you have to have the Steam Overlay enabled in the background for Marketplace purchases to go through.
I bought FS2020 through Microsoft store.
Maybe its been pulled awaiting the update ??? Got lots of bad reviews ?
Had same issues tried in early hrs had no issues I put it down to many people trying to purchase had same issue with London airport waited and tried again with no issues could just be how many people their servers can handle, that’s a maybe
