Purchased Aircraft Not Showing Up

Bought airbus 320 and Boeing 737-8 neither aircraft showed up at any airport, looking for a solution?

So if you are referring to free flight in either MSFS 2020 or 2024:

  • Aircraft would not appear at an airport. You would go to Free Flight, select the aircraft you want to fly along with the departure and arrival airports, the click the button to start the flight.

If you are talking about Career Mode in MSFS 2024:

  • You not only need to purchase the aircraft, the aircraft would need to be designed for MSFS 2024 and support being used in Career mode.
  • The Airbus A320 currently not useable in Career Mode for any specializations although it may possibly be in the future.
  • The Boeing 737 MAX version that is a default aircraft in MSFS 2024 is usable in career if you have the right certifications and and specializations unlocked. It is unclear to me if the 737-8 to which you refer is the default aircraft or a different one which may not be career compatible.
  • If you do meet all of the specialization and certification requirements, but you do not have an Airline Transport company, you can still fly the 737 MAX in Employer mode missions once you do the initial star mission. For myself, this mission location was from Jeju to Incheon South Korea. It is about a 2 hour flight as I recall.
  • If you do meet all of the specialization and certification requirements, and you do have an Airline Transport company with enough credits, you should be able to purchase the aircraft as part of that company and fly it in Freelance mode.

Well, I am able to fly the aircraft…
I am unable to see any of the same type of aircraft at any airports, for example I don’t see Southwest, and other associated airlines for the 737-8
I don’t see any of the other airlines associated with the airbus a-320, for example spirit , Allegiant, etc…
I have also purchased the skins for both models

Sounds like you are talking about AI Traffic models. I don’t believe buying aircraft has anything to do with AI Traffic models. The “skins” as you say are probably “liveries” for your flyable aircraft. Those would not impact AI Traffic models either.

I know there have been issues with AI Traffic, such as seeing gliders parked at airport gates, and I think SU1 or SU2 Beta has addressed some of those issues. I don’t think you need to buy a flyable aircraft to see traffic models of them.

I can see ai aircraft such as United, breeze, JetBlue,American, Alaska, delta, (Boeing )… however, I don’t see ai aircraft such as, frontier, allegiant, spirit , (a320 aircraft)

You are correct, I can fly all my purchases from Microsoft in all liveries
