Purchased content not appearing

Hi

I initially bought and installed MSFS through Steam. I then bought an Xbox and bought the Deluxe Edition and a couple of planes which work fine on the Xbox.

I thought it would be a good idea to consolidate the installation on my PC, so that cross platform purchases would work on both. I uninstalled the Steam version on my PC and installed again via the Xbox app.

In the Content Manager on PC it shows that I have installed the Deluxe version and have installed the aircraft I have bought but when I go to the hangar it does not show any of the purchased content at all, either the extra aircraft from the Deluxe version, or my purchased planes.

I am signed into the same account on both the Xbox and the PC, the Xbox installation is working fine.

Could it be that there is some legacy code (?) or something hanging around on the PC from when I had it on Steam? I have done a clean reinstall but has made no difference. I have also tried running as administrator and normal and via the Xbox app and directly, but I cannot get the purchased content to appear.

Is anyone able to help?

If you still have difficulties getting purchased aircraft to show up then I would suggest opening a ticket on Zendesk using the option “I have an issue with a purchase”

Thanks so much for that. It was an issue with system time synchronisation as described in the article. Now is all working. My PC shows the wrong time, but the sim is working fine!
