I’m getting a Q2 256 GB set. What’s the best cable i should look at getting for hook up direct to my computer. It’s a new machine and has 3.2 USB ports.
I’ve got a usb c to a 6ft amazon basics wire rated for 5gbps which works ok, test connection in oculus app is around 2.1 to 2.3 gbps which is ok, I heard the official oculus cable gets up to 3gbps but the difference in price is £10 vs £80

My two cents…the “best” cable is the cable Oculus sells. It’s flexible, light in weight and it works. BUT…it’s 80 bucks!
I bought a “clone” (like many others have) that works just as well for 40 bucks. It’s a bit on the stiff side and a bit shorter at10 feet, but it works perfectly fine.
Oh…and make sure it has the end you want at the headset. Some are angled, some not.

Sounds great guys. Thanks. Ya I was going to buy the G2 and amazon had it for 800 Canadian but then was not in stock. Then came back on here a week ago for $1750. Ridiculous. So now going to get the Q2
