Well, the different Gamins and the CJ4 are going to eventually replace the stock ones in the sim and become default. The way I understand it (I could be wrong), their navigation / AP / flight planning system that’s at the core of the CJ4 and now the G1000 NXi is also going to replace the stock sim systems. Until that happens, WT’s products will remain as standalone mods / add-ons. After that, they’ll be rolled into the sim as defaults. I suspect the CJ4 and G3000 will likely be the first on that list once the NXi is done.
What the future holds for WT and their mods is anyone’s guess atm.
