Yes. If you’re still having problems make sure your OpenXR path is set properly:
Open regedit and find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenXR\1
Verify that ActiveRuntime is set to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR\steamxr_win64.json (or wherever your SteamVR is installed)
