Just happened to me twice on back to back PMDG flights with the EFB and navigraph. Using the quest 2. Quest and oculus app were up to date (not using steam for MSFS). I am also suspecting it’s Navigraph related, as one time I click on the EFB with Navigraph up and it froze. The other time, coincidentally, I received a text message on my phone and everything froze. However, I double checked that my iPhone was not paired with the Quest 2, so I think that was coincidence. Really annoying because this just started happening for me. It’s been fine for many months. Too many pieces to know what caused the crash, I guess. Using RTX4090, but was using old drivers from nov 23. Doing an update now.
