My Quest 3 did an update today and now when I connect to my PC via the link cable I only get half of the display. Top half is black and the movement of the rest of the screen is very jerky.
Has anyone else received an update today on there Quest 3, and do you also have this issue?
I tried all the normal stuff, restarted Q3, restarted PC, still same. I don’t know what has happened or how to fix it.

My Q3 updated a few days ago (v72) and it works fine with Link and Air Link. Q3 build 5047332.16210.510. If this is what you have your problem may be due to incorrect settings. What are your Oculus Debug Tool (ODT) and meta link pc app device graphics settings. Also, PC specs? Pretty hard to suggest fixes without this kind of information imho. I suppose you could try downloading the meta link pc app from the meta support website and run a Repair.
If you are enrolled in the PTC (public test channel), currently PTC v74, I suggest you opt out and rollback to v72. Currently PTC v74 looks like it has quite a few issues. Also, avoid opting into the meta link pc app beta.
Otherwise, contact meta support, including your log files, I guess.

I know Virtual Desktop dev is saying do not update to v74 because it breaks the app, maybe you have a similar issue
Figured it out codec was set for 256, changed back to 254 and all is good.

Actually you mean h.264, which is the default for Link. Just leave the ODT codec on default and it will automatically choose h.265 (hevc) for Air Link and h.264 for Link. Also, leave slice encoding below that to default as well. It will automatically select Slice = on for Link and Slice = off for Air Link. If you leave it = off with Link you may get a lot more latency.
Got an non ptc update to v74 yesterday. I think it is just a regular update? I am non ptc.
After this update i got stutters each 10 seconds or so with VD. Tried to downgrade to v72 but mark and friends dont allow that…
