I have the same PC specs and I don’t see this banding even with Air Link at 200mbps Dynamic. Using v53prc with local dimming. I’m finding that leaving nvidia control panel default quality, together with using dlss/quality helps get rid of most shimmering and still makes the cockpit very readable.
