1- I select fbw320neo from the worldmap aircraft selection. my question is will that one automatically updated by the development group or is there a difference.
2- If I am just a few meters above the runway than suddenly it falls to the runway and bumped.
do i something wrong or is it the plane?

Did you download it from the marketplace or using the FBW installer? If you used the installer open it, select the development tab and press install if it says there is an update available.
If you downloaded through the marketplace I think that is just the stable version there but not certain.
- Depends on where you get it from. If you installed the one from the Marketplace, it’s the stable version and it gets updated automatically as soon as the stable version is ready for release. Or at least it will show up in your notification that an update is available to download. The one from the marketplace gets updated much later than the one from the FBW installer though.
If you are getting the aircraft from the FBW installer, then it won’t update automatically but every time you run the installer, it will tell you that an update is available and you can click Update to update it. Development version is updated much frequently and it has a lot of new features over the stable version. - It depends on your landing technique. Are you doing auto-land with Autopilot still on? If so, the Stable version does not have Auto-land feature implemented, so the aircraft does not automatically flare for landing, so it will drop to the runway as you described. You have to disengage Autopilot and manually flare the aircraft to slow down the rate of descent before touching down. If you are using the Development version, that one has Autoland, so you can keep both AP1 and AP2 on and it will automatically flare and land for you.
