The MSFS itself is in my MS Store library but i don’t find any of my bought aircraft, airports etc. which i bought at Marketplace. At Market Place i use the same Mail Address and even the same pw, but the library is in if i remember exactly XBox Store. So what is the difference between them both? The more i think about it the more it confuses me.
If third party is offered like PMDG and i got my key via mail i completely understand. But the MS Store XBox thing confuses me. Can anyone enlighten me?

In the Library of your Microsoft Store you only have the Apps that you’ve downloaded .You won’t find the content of the Apps.
The purchases you did from the in-sim marketplace aree stored in the “content Manager”.
OK but in my Content Manager there is also nearly all i download for free from flightsim(to) which add up to a total amount of 1561 actually.
Cant i see the one bought from ingame sim market in my XBox account so far? You see i am really confused.
And how can i proof that i own these Aircraft and Airports from ingame market if i e.g. install the msfs new?
All the purchases (free or charge) you did on the external market and loaded on the sim are visible in the Community folder too. If you go to the Content Manager these purchases are listed as " Community " in the update column on the right side.You can sort them out by inputing “community” in the search option.
Your purchases from the ingame market are also listed in the Content manager and that proves that you’ve purchased them (for free or charge) .
