Hi guys, I just bought the retail version of the game and, since I had to link the serial key to my account, I wanted to know if it was possible to install it directly from the Microsoft Store without using DVDs (like the digital version)
yes you can hoping that you have a good bandwidth. I have a 1GIG and it still takes couple of hours.
On the side of the play button in the drop menu choose intall on my device, once you start the instaal it pauses you can either confirm or change the drive.

In any case, even if you spend an hour installing it from DVDs, you’re still going to have to basically re-download the entire game anyway due to all the updates since it went to DVD in August.
If you can get away with installing it directly from the MS Store, I would strongly recommend that option.
