Question on Manual Cache settings

Hello All,

So I wanted to get to my Manual Cache and download a small region of scenery. I found I had to Disable Photogrammetry to ENABLE the manual cache so I can VIEW and download a region. So far that worked, but now when I go back to the GENERAL / DATA settings - Manual Cache is greyed out and no matter what I do I can’t get back into it? I must be missing a step somewhere?

MORE - Found by exiting the sim and restarting I could get in to create another region manually… Is that not a bug though?
