I wish I could change mine without changing my Gamertag. I hate my Gamertag, but I’ve had it for over 15 years🤷🏻♂️

I tried that but it kept insisting I provide a US address before it would let me change my gamer tag. Nothing but a US residential address was acceptable.
Strange. I wonder if you have a US English setting somewhere that makes it think you’re in the US.
Why not simply give it what it wants? If you‘re asked a stupid question a stupid answer musr be expected
