Weather radar (the HD radar) will not work regardless of aircraft type (game, 3rd party, store).

As soon as I start my PC, it will take about 1-5 minutes for this pop-up to appear. It will then appear up to 5+ times after pressing “OK” or “X” before fully closing/disappearing.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060.
12th Gen Intel Core (i5-12400F) with 32GB of RAM.
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
Three weeks ago as of 3rd of March 2024.
