1- Reset to default.
2- Set it to high
3- Close the sim and delete config file
4- Launch the sim and let it build a new config file
5- Set everything High (or to your liking) except for the “Windshield Effects”
6- Exit the sim and edit config file manually. Set Windshield Effects to 2
7- Launch the sim and you’ll see it’s permanently High.
