I did not say it prevents CTD events. I said it resolves the issue for many weeks, or until the next update is released and we all have to hit the reset button.

Hi,
my FS close 9 times on 10.
It’s a Steam version. Didn’t have any pb between august and jan 25th.
Intel Core I7-4770K 3,50GHZ RAM 24 Go GeForce 970GTX
Windows Update done, CCleaner done, Spybot done,
I supposed it was KB 4023057 (installed on jan 24th) :
msiexec.exe /x {32DC821E-4A7D-4878-BEE8-337FA153D7F2}
Steam Integrity done => re-install .
only A320 installation after that via MSFS
No add-on (weather, airplanes, sceneries, IVAO, or something else)
Allways crash between 50mn and 120 mn
version FS 1.12.13.0 version syst 10.0.1.19041.2.00.768.101
No power shutdown with PC shutdown.
allways error c0000005

If someone have an idea …

All parameters in MSFS on low.
MSFS don’t crash.

I change up one parameter and I fly, One more, fly again …
