Interesting! This is Simferopol Intl in Crimea, which is currently controlled by Russia – Ukraine disputes the 2014 annexation, it’s a whole thing, let’s not get into it here – but apparently most or all non-Russian flights ended up getting canceled what with all that.

It might have gotten dropped off the Jeppesen charts due to the closures?
