Is it just me or others having this too? This started in 1.9.3. While flying sometimes I get strange artifacts sometimes they last from few seconds to a few minutes. They can be terrain related, like below, but sometimes they are random things not from the terrain. My ISP download speed is 100 megabit so that should not be a problem. Download speed while flying from MS servers ~5-8mbps. I do have 100GB cache set as well.

Yes I’ve gotten a few of these, in particular my world tree in the thread I posted. There are also every once in a while massive polygons that can be in the terrain that pop out that are very much affected by view angle and LOD. Id say they are pretty common but not so much that they were causing too much issue. I checked to see if my GPU was overheating or something but no, it was cool as a cucumber.
u sure thats not there in real life? have u checked it agaisnt Bing and google maps?
I guess it could be the 2020 Kingon Ship doing a fly-by. 
As it appears to be a graphics issue probably best to start there. Nvidia graphics card?
