REAL ATC Previews SayIntentions Ai ATC

,

Fellow Pilots join me in my first video previewing SayIntentions AI ATC software for MSFS.

My name is Jose that don’t know, I am a 15+ ATC veteran here in the USA and I’m excited to preview this Ai ATC solution for MSFS!

This is almost a borderline CHILL VID like my buddy Belgeode/Drew does but I did not break the hour mark so grab some coffee, or a beer and listen and enjoy.

This software is in Beta, and will not be “cheap”, and will have some long pauses at times as AI is processing the request, but I do think some folks will find value in it and my hope is that this will improve over time as well as this excites me for the future of improved AI ATC in MSFS!

I will also be posting content on BeyondATC soon!

I am not associated with Sayintentions.AI but simply a huge avgeek, nerd and ATC giving feedback.

Any idea if this will support commercial traffic on MSFS?

I heard it only performs ATC within USA

For now, it’s only VFR (in US). I suspect for commercial/liners, you should wait for BeyondATC.

For now this covers VFR/GA/ in the USA.

They plan to add IFR and other aircraft as time moves forward.

I should have access to BATC (Beyond ATC) and will be posting some videos on that as well!

Yep ! Thanks !

Hello friend pilot
I would like to buy SayIntention but I watched videos on SayIntention and I find it too slow for the response compared to a realistic ATC
What do you think for those who have tested it ?

Its a lot quicker now I have been using it all day and no issues flying mainly IFR…Currently on a flight now EBCI-LFBT. FLIGHT RYR 6096. IFR still WIP but not had many issues…although it could also be pilot error.

Loving it personally using fs2crew, cabby and sayintentions ai. On my PMDG 737…so immersive.

Its great listening to other pilots on your frequancy.

I watched some movie over the weekend, and although they were quite good, they would have been a lot better if movies were made in IN COLOR, with surround sound.

Problem was, I was watching OLD movies from the 50’s

Similarly, I think you must have been watching OLD Videos of SayIntentions, before it updated its ChatGpt models, and has greatly Increased it speed.

Sayintentioins LITERALLY is getting better EVERY DAY, as its developers and his team, (and the SI Community), are enhancing its features, accuracy, and SPEED.

Today’s Sayintentions is not your Grandfathers SI !!

Rather than watch Old videos , why not check it out yourself – they offer free 24 hour trial, typically renewing every month, so you can always see for yourself, what the progress is, and what it is now offering.

Great point! I spent some time interviewing SAY intentions AI founder and I will be doing an updated video. IT is MUCH faster now.

The delay is VASTLY improved since I first started using it, however it is still quite noticeable.

In regards to the delay generated by using unscripted AI for ATC, putting it out there for discussion, what if any are the realities of this ‘problem’ once traffic is injected?

Regarding the ATC delay, to me it’s one thing to have this issue when ATC is dealing only with me. Now interject perhaps dozens of other flights needing to be instructed and kept away from each other and me. My question is does this issue get compounded to a point that the AI ATC system breaks down simply because the real-sim world does not pause for the 30, or even 10 or 5 sec it takes the AI to figure out what it needs to say?

The truth is this has quite literally never been done before so none of us (I imagine even SI itself) really knows or even can know any answers until they starts to unfold.

I’m not saying or asking this as any sort of denigration to SI so please don’t go there (you won’t get a reply from me if I feel your starting down that road). SI is and is becoming a great product.

With the multiple Azure server structure that SI uses, it probably is not even a concern that it will be dealing with a few thousand aircraft at he same time – but we will see … I have confidence in Brian to come up with a good working solution, as he has overcome all other AI / SIM barriers so far. :+1:
