Real-time online vs AI Offline difference?

Hello, What is the difference between real-time online vs AI offline?

Is AI-Offline just that? AI fill your world up?
&
Real-time online is other places? Or does that mean real live air traffic?

As far as I undersand,

  1. Real-time is realworld flights pulled from flight aware
  2. AI-offline is just pre-defined routes within the sim
