Tried to fly yesterday out of JFK and no real weather. What’s going on AGAIN??? I thought this was fixed.

What time at? There is an outage every night. If you were flying at this time, there is no live weather. It’s well documented.
And, unfortunately, they picked the prime-time flying hours for those of us who live and work in the eastern to central US.

Did they say why. No one here in America flys during work hours and then in the evening it goes out??
It’s been all over these forums, but I don’t think we’ve ever had an answer other than they were looking into it. It does seem an odd time for a US HQ company to take a service offline.
The daily outage is posted on the Service Availability dashboard as linked earlier in the thread. No further information is available. The matter is being investigated.
