Is there a way to set the clock to read regular time instead of ?UTC?
Thanks
To answer that, you will need to specify which clock you are referring to.
The Cessna 172’s clock can be switched from UTC to local time to elapsed flight time by the push of a button, for example. But unless I got lucky that probably won’t answer your question…
If you’re not familiar with UTC (as the ?'s you put round it suggest) its the primary standard for world time (give or take very minor technical differences in definitions etc its the same as GMT + or - 1 second). All time zones are specified + or - hours to UTC.
Don’t have time for game to reload now, but when I was setting up a flight and clicked on live weather I saw a time with the UTC by it. I’m pretty sure I can figure out the time in the Cessna?? I played FSX some years ago , probably similar.
Thanks
You could be a brand new player - I didn’t want to assume anything because your post was very vague
On the World Map, the local time for the selected airport is shown, with UTC after it as well. Examples below taken a few minutes ago. After selecting an airport as my “Departure airport” the live local time is updated:
London:
Moscow:
Of course, you can drag the slider if you want to manually change the time too.
Thanks for the info.
