ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
I’m using Steam’s input translation for a PS4 controller. Disabling and re-enabling a controller through Steam, or unplugging and re-plugging the controller, creates a new controller profile in the devices list resulting in an endless list of profiles that conflict with each other. This doesn’t occur if I don’t use Steam’s controller override.

It occurs every time I reconnect the controller.

- Enable PS4 controller input translation on Steam
- Load up the game
- Disconnect and reconnect the controller, wired or unwired
