Recording very jittery - and 4:3

I just recorded a VR flight on my Oculus Quest 2, using the built in recorder. It came out OK, but is there a way to get it wide screen? Or is 4:3 the best we can get? Also, the movement seems very jittery. Is that just the way we have it? Or is that a bug? Or a setting?

The clarrity seems great in the video, but it’s not. Cannot make out buttons. Need to lean in, as you can see.

Also. Anyone know how to get audio to the Quest 2? Audio is coming from the pc speakers. So no sound in recording.

you can use the oculus-mirror.exe it is located in the oculus software folder . it mirrors what you see in your Quest in a new window. You can capture that window with OBS . Works fine . you can change your sound from Speakers to Oculus in your windows sound settings
