I have exactly the same problem. Had many issues when first starting the game. I couldn’t care less about what my avatar looked like after all the waiting so i clicked default and progressed to main menu. Now i’m stuck with a red dummy holding an error sign as my character. Unable to use career mode, as i load in I’m stuck in the centre console of the plane unable to move. Reloading the mission puts me under the map. And trying to recreate my character causes my game to immediately crash to dashboard. Playing on Xbox
