I had this issue on Xbox, tried all of the suggested fixes but they didn’t work, however this one appears to do the trick (for me anyway) -
- Go into free flight, select the Wright Flyer (go to any airport)
- Quit the game
- Reload the game, then go to Customize Identity. The red guy should be gone.
