What do you mean in terms of patch?
There are no outside patches / hotfixes / updates, etc… to the core of the Sim. They are all handled internally when you launch the sim. (detects if update is required and then updates).
Any additional content is then updated through the marketplace (Deluxe, Premium Deluxe, World Updates, Etc…)
What version are you currently on?
microsoft flight simulator 2020 standard they had send me an email regarding this matter i want mainly to know if the misalignment of the runway and the very slow respond of the fmc if they had fixed them

If you provide the version number you are currently on (you can find it in the sim itself) then we’d be able to tell you if you are on the latest available version.

All updates to MSFS are mandatory and are forced when an update is out. When these come out, next launch of MSFS will force that update.

maybe the updates are made automatically thru the mandatory updates

Yes, the updates are done automatically (And tell you when they are being done).
Once in the sim, at the main screens (where you can change your options, start a flight, etc…) in the top right is your avatar / picture. Click on that and it will give you a version number.
for the moment i am in installation process by downloading 127 gb i can’t see this that you are telling me
Okay, so it is updating.
Let that finish, once it’s all done, go into content manager and grab the rest of the updates available (if any) and you should be all up to date.
