How do I uninstall and reinstall the 1.9.3. Some file seems to have been corrupted due to which I get CTD which I was lucky, not to have even once till now

  1. Post patch download flew Tokyo area and started the Japan Adventure as well but, on both instances, ending flight for going to main menu resulted in CTD
  2. Starting today, selecting anywhere in Japan and halfway through loading after clicking “Fly Now” gives CTD
  3. Go to manual cache >> Click “Go Back” for going back to main menu and get CTD

Any clues?

Reinstall entire game.
