Current uninstall/reinstall process is quiet something and one has to go through entire 100 gigs of content. Can it be broken down to separate steps that can be done individually?
- Uninstall and Reinstall of just base code (approx 1+ gig) with the exe
- Installation of packages as a separate step with 100 gig
What I observed in my case is, at times base code (step #1) got corrupted which could only be rectified with the next SU or WU with new codebase coming in, maybe I am wrong. But, it will give a degree of flexibility in debugging and taking informed decisions by the end user.
