Every time we get a bug report we look at it immediately regardless of the airport/addon. When we heard from you about having performance issues with KSUU, we found and XBOX S, flew and taxi around the airport and we did not have performance issues at all. Microsoft marketplace team also does testing (flying around, taxing, looking at textures and models, etc) and they found no issues either.

KSUU is our top selling addon and we have not heard any other performance or bug reports. Like I mentioned in our previous conversations, it could be related to your xbox or the MSFS installation specifically. We looked in the SDK and debugged it and could not find any problems with the models or the addon in general.
Did this airport receive any updates yet?
I’m concerned to buy it, as I fell the pictures only present it half decent and with standard taxiways and jetways unpolished buildings and monuments.
I don’t know if it’s the case in the sim, but it holds me from buying? Can we see a presentation video or?
OMG! I had no idea that this airport was released. It looks amazingly real. I’m heading over to the marketplace to get it. I can’t wait to check it out in the sim. I did all my PP training at KFRG and flew many times to the airport. A fond memory was checking out a BBJ that was parked at the ramp. It was an unforgettable experience. I’m a fan of your airports and I hope that someone as talented as you @vpilotcol considers KFRG.
Update: Beautiful airport but fps while taxiing are in the low 20s and panning is sluggish. In the air fps are acceptable. Maybe you can optimize fps in a future update. Thanks.
Reminder: do not raise technical support issues on this forum for this publisher. The publisher has provided a support email and a Discord address at the top of the thread. Use those resources for performance issues as an example.
Just downloaded the KHPN airport. Excellent job! The only criticism (request) I have is that the Million Air FBO building should be updated. The one in the release is at least 5 years old. The new FBO building is beautiful and would add to the realism of your beautiful work. Excellent job of the product; I’m enjoying it very much. I hope you guys find the time to update the FBO. Hi, I hate to be critical, but since you seem to value feedback, I wanted to mention that the brick texture that’s used heavily throughout the airport (at least going by the screenshots) repeats in a very distracting way, thanks to the change in shade across the bricks.
It looks very weird, and just doesn’t seem like an image that’s suited for use as a repeating texture. It really hurts the aesthetic of the airport. It stands out in both close and distant shots, where you can see this almsot quilt-like pattern draped across everything. It’s a shame, because it looks like the modeling work is pretty good. It’s certainly better than the series of white shoeboxes that are in the game by default.
Hi. We value feedback since it help us do better (or try at least, haha), We are looking for ways to make textures that repeat not look like they do now.
Right now we are working solely in updates to our addon collection including KHPN. We have removed the static GA planes that were affecting performance. We are correcting the taxiway lights and textures, added the red windsocks with lights and we will be modeling the new million air FBO and some other little details. Any suggestions are welcome. We want to push all these one update.
