We proudly present our latest airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator, which complements our previous series of airports in the US state of Idaho: U70 Cascade Airport. Surrounded by mountains, located on scenic Lake Cascade just 60 miles north of the state capital, U70 Cascade is the perfect home base for your adventurous exploration of the well-known bush airfields that Idaho has to offer.
Make sure your planes are in perfect condition and refuel them with enough fuel, because Cascade Airport is the ideal base for your excursions into the wild back country of Idaho. From Cascade you can put your flying skills to the test with challenging approaches to famous bush airfields such as Johnson Creek, Big Creek or Thomas Creek.
Our implementation of the Cascade Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator features a realistic recreation of the airfield and surrounding landscape, animated hangar doors that can be opened and closed, and animated windsocks that are partially illuminated according to the real model. You can also discover a newly developed runway lighting, animated people and much more that will ensure a lively atmosphere at the airfield.
U70 Cascade is available as payware through the ingame marketplace and will also released at orbx pretty soon.
