Hey thanks for looking through this. I had very busy period with family and work and over last couple months did not even start my flight sim PC for a 2 months. Closer to xmas time we will have more time. I will be quite behind on windows updates so we will do checks how is working and need to finish other updates I was working on. It could be some issues with voicing if windows update will change something or selected voice previously is not avaiable anymore. I will look how to handle this scenario in better way.

My feeling is, the issue I experienced was related to the Upgrade Windows 11 24H2. This was an upgrade, not a brand new install. If someone can test BTM soon afterwwards upgrading to Windows 11 and report back it will be usefuel.
