That’s weird, indeed!
Today it has dissappeared from my retail copy, too.
Still there in pre-release mode.
Gonna check with MS tomorrow to get some status info.
Hmm, FS24 porting status is still “in progess” on MS’ end. I’m afraid we’ll just have to wait for them.
Fun fact:
Back in 2011 we made a Messerschmitt Bf108 for FSX, based on D-IBFW which was back then operated by a private owner trio in Bad Nauheim / Germany.
Both the real EJOL (the “template” for our Klemm L25) and the Bf108 IBFW use the same compass with the serial numbers (Werknummer) being just two numbers apart.
Chances are good that both items spent some time beside each other on the Plath factory’s workbench 81 years ago.
Hello Mathias,
good Comparison. Any Chance we will see the left Compass in 2020?
25%
Klemm Kl 35
Focke Wulf Fw 44 Stieglitz
Messerschmitt Bf 108
Focke Wulf Fw 190 D
One of these will be the next project once the native 2024 version of the L25 is out.
do we have to pay extra for the native klemm L25 version, who already bought the MS2020 version?
No, if you allready own the 2020 version, you’ll get the 2024 upgrade for free.
My vote is for the K35 and 108
Your Klemm 25 is wonderful!
thank you sounds great. Is there a time frame when we could aspect the native version?
Was hoping this would have shown up in ‘24 by now. Cant wait to fly it.
Just a minute ago I received a response from the marketplace team that porting from 20 to 24 is currently a manual process and they can’t tell me a timeline.
Not that I’d be too happy with the situation, but if we want to get something positive out of it, FS24 teaches us patience.
Yes totally agree with you😂. Thanks for your reply.
Happy to say this showed up in my 24 library today.
Yes me too
Did a quick test flight and say that the only issue I could see with the aircraft in 24 is that the nav lights didn’t seem to work. Everything else worked great.
I’ve got to say I was looking for a Miles Magister (Miles Magister - Wikiwand ) This being the iconic trainer for the RAF fighter pilots during WW2.
The nearest I’ve found is the Klemm. Would it be possible to have a RAF trainer livery for the Klemm? I could at least try to get the feel of being a pilot in training.
While looking for a Miles Magister I found the Miles Gemini. This became a popular post war tourer and won various King’s Cup races.
Would you be interested in building this aircraft for MSFS?
Thanks for the confirmation!
Porting status in the MS Partner Portal changed from “in progress” to “in release” so she should pop up in the FS24 marketplace soon(ish) as well, as a 2020 port that is, for the time being.
I can’t replicate that issue.
Mind you, the lights are on the alternator bus only, so the engine has to be running and the alternator switch needs to be set to ON for the Nav lights to work.
The battery is exclusively for the radios.
Nice aircraft! That would probably be a nice project for Mike Cyul of Flight Replicas.
Not something I’d usually consider making, love my mickey-mouse-eared German gauges too much.
