When I quizzed the initial release I read the compass was the inverted type and I was just assuming it’s the same for the FES Discus 2c. I’m not actually saying it’s true to the production glider.
Excellent! Finally one can soar with the eagles with that deerskin-interior electric glider!
Even engine overheating is simulated.
This will be the best of all airplanes in VR.
It can almost start with that electric motor on it´s own, maybe I am going to modify the engine config or reduce runway rolling resistance to make it able to start with that electric engine.

Happy 4th of july! And enjoy some outstanding fireworks this evening! Because fireworks is the most impressive light show we get on Independence day and new years eve 
And thanks for the new livery. Looks outstanding can´t wait to test it! There are no interesting liveries for the Discus available but all pure empty white with different tail number and flag. This makes your first interesting and good-looking USA celebration livery especially precious.
My new cockpit overhaul based on this middle-grey Discus cockpit will be finished this week.
Now the lower cockpit labels are all in one line.

I am sorry to keep nagging about the variometers. They still are very jittery, less than in the previous version, but still way too much jitter. IRL you would only find this in the most turbulent conditions (and I know a thermal is turbulent by definition, this is not what I mean). Also, when I start a high speed descent to bleed off altitude, the variometer keeps pointing up, while the altimeter indicates a steady descent. Could you please check.
